In Art 1 the most recent assignment has been working with perspective. A specific topic is one point perspective and linear perspective. Linear perspective was first discovered by Florentine architect-engineers Filippo Brunelleschi and Leon Battista Alberti and their followers, was to help remake geometry during the 17th century. For my one point perspective we worked on the cardboard boxes. We made one vanishing point and then draw shapes around the vanishing point then connected all the corners to the vanishing point. Our other project was our wall perspective tape art. It looks like the shape is 3-D but it is actually an illusion. A drawing has one-point perspective when it contains only one vanishing point on the horizon line.
